Elbclearing Wilkens & Co. KG was founded by Henry F. Aschpurwis, C.J. Heinz Schlichting and Peter Wilkens.
1978
Launch of our firefighting tugboat „BÜTZFLETH“ in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Technology and Transport of Lower Saxony.
1983
Commissioning of the cargo handling facility, as well as the workshop at the Ruthenstrom on the peninsula Krautsand.
1994
Start-up for the planning and construction work at the North-West-Quay in the port of Stade-Bützfleth and consolidation of the cargo handling activities of WIKA-BETON GmbH & Co. KG and Elbclearing Betriebs-GmbH & Co. KG into Hafenbetriebs-GmbH & Co. KG
